For the past two years, 5-year-old Billy Lee has endured a long, painful battle with medulloblastoma, a cancerous brain tumor. After doctors gave Billy less than 3 months to live, his parents, Chris and Kellen, realized their son might not make it to his favorite holiday, Halloween. So, family, friends, and neighbors brought Halloween to him.
