Two weeks ago, 85-year-old François Vermeir of Belgium, Germany lost his wife of 63 years after she became very ill. Grandson, Davy Vanhaesendonck, says François lost “someone very special.” So to give him energy and the courage to continue his life, François’s family surprised him with a Yorkshire Terrier puppy named Snoopy.
