A man drive a lap around Manhattan starting at the FDR, across at the GW Bridge Interchange, down the Henry Hudson, across again at the Battery Park Tunnel all in under 27 minutes. The driver at some areas reached speeds of 144 mph. This video is a tribute for Alex Roy who did the same thing back in 2001 but was not on film.
