Last week, the Spice Girls announced they were going to launch a reunion tour, but only 3 of the 5 girls, Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton and Mel B, are on board. The girls, now rebranded as GEM, want to launch an X Factor type talent show to find the next Posh and Sporty Spice. Obviously, Ellen DeGeneres and Kristen Bell are the perfect choice, but they made an audition tape just in case.
