While 58-year-old Graham Haddow was in an art gallery in Dundee, Scotland, his 18-month-old Boxer puppy, Fern, became impatient and laid on the horn for 15 minutes straight. When Haddow returned to his car, there was a crowd of people taking pictures and video of Fern. Haddow says she often sits in the driver’s seat when left alone, but has never used the horn before.
