18-year-old Zach Sobiech of Lakeland, Minnesota has Osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer, and in June of 2012 doctors said he had just months, maybe a year, to live. Sobiech turned to music to say goodbye to those he loved and his song ‘Clouds‘ has inspired millions. Now, with just weeks to live, a group of celebrities surprise Zach on his 18th birthday by lip-syncing his hit song.
