During an eight-alarm fire in East Boston Wednesday night, firefighters were forced to smash the windows out of an illegally parked, two-day-old BMW to hook their hose to a fire hydrant. On top of having two broken windows and a giant dent in the side of his car, the owner received a $100 fine.
