Beastie Boys’ singer Adam Yauch (MCA) died today at the age of 47 due to a cancerous tumor in his parotid gland. In the late 1980’s you might remember ‘Fight For Your Right’ and ‘No Sleep Till Brooklyn’ which were some of the most memorable hits from the Beastie Boys. The Beastie Boys sold over 40 million records worldwide by 2010 and in 2012 the group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. RIP MCA.
